Once an implant has integrated with the bone, a porcelain crown is fitted on top to restore the visible tooth. At Denta Mare the crown can be mounted on a standard prefabricated abutment or on a custom abutment shaped to the individual case for a better emergence profile and fit. Both options are porcelain for a natural appearance. This stage completes the implant restoration and is quoted separately from the fixture so each part of the treatment is clear.

About this treatment

The implant crown is the final, visible part of an implant-supported tooth. After the titanium fixture has healed and bonded with the jaw, an abutment is attached to connect the implant to the crown, and a porcelain crown is then made to match the shape and shade of the surrounding teeth. The result is associated with a natural-looking tooth that functions much like the one it replaces.

At Denta Mare the implant crown is offered in two configurations. A crown on a standard abutment at 2,500 zł uses a prefabricated connector and suits many straightforward cases. A crown on an individual, custom-milled abutment at 3,500 zł allows the connector to be tailored to the gum contour and the angle of the implant, which can improve how the crown emerges from the gum and how cleanly it fits — particularly useful in the aesthetic zone or where the…
