All-on-4 Full-Arch Implants

All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four implants, giving a stable, non-removable set of teeth without a plate covering the palate. All-on-4 is a full-arch implant technique in which an entire upper or lower set of teeth is supported on just four carefully angled implants. The angulation lets the surgeon anchor the bridge in available bone, often avoiding the need for extensive grafting, and a fixed bridge is attached so the replacement teeth do not come out and do not cover the palate. It is designed for people who have lost most or all of the teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth are failing, and who want a permanent alternative to a conventional removable denture. At DEN-MED the treatment starts with CBCT cone-beam imaging and planning to map bone volume and implant angles. On the surgical day any unsalvageable teeth are removed, the implants are placed under local anaesthetic, and a bridge is fitted to the arch.
