Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify botulinum toxin injections and a full portfolio of dermal fillers administered at DPSI's EpiCentre Skin Care Center under physician supervision. Botox treats dynamic wrinkles around the eyes, forehead, and brows; fillers address volume loss in the cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds, and tear troughs. Full filler portfolio includes Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra, Revance RHA, and Skinvive.

EpiCentre Skin Care Center — the medical aesthetics division of Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, with locations at the main Dallas campus and Plano Legacy campus — offers a comprehensive injectable programme under the medical direction of Dr. Ricardo Meade, M.D., who is also a UT Southwestern faculty member. Botulinum toxin injections are available in three formulations: Botox Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA), Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA), and the newer Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm), which is associated with a longer duration of action (approximately six months versus the three to four months typical for Botox). These FDA-approved neurotoxins temporarily reduce the muscle activity responsible for dynamic wrinkles — the lines that form from repeated facial expressions — in the glabellar lines (between the brows), horizontal forehead lines, lateral orbital lines (crow's feet), brow position, and bunny lines. The injectable filler portfolio at EpiCentre is among the most comprehensive available in the Dallas market, including multiple formulations across the Juvederm (Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Ultra) and Restylane (Kysse, Contour, Lyft, Refyne, Defyne) product families, as well as Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite for structural augmentation and collagen stimulation), Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid for gradual volume restoration), Revance RHA fillers (resilient hyaluronic acid designed for dynamic movement zones), and Skinvive (intradermal hyaluronic acid microdroplets for skin quality improvement). EZGel PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is also available as a natural, non-synthetic filler option.
