Dr. David Azouz performs a signature drainless tummy tuck using quilting sutures and tissue glue in place of traditional drainage tubes, reducing post-operative discomfort and recovery complexity. The procedure removes excess abdominal skin and fat, repairs diastasis recti (separated abdominal muscles), repositions the navel, and optionally incorporates liposuction to the surrounding flanks. Performed under local anaesthesia with sedation rather than general anaesthesia. Light activities are typically resumed within one to two weeks.
