The Premium Check-Up is Curitt's most thorough screening package, extending the already comprehensive 55-biomarker Complete Check-Up with additional markers and imaging that address the areas most frequently missed by standard health checks. The package is structured across two clinic visits to accommodate the ultrasound component and provide adequate time for the enhanced consultation. The laboratory component adds an expanded hormone panel that goes beyond the thyroid markers in the standard check, providing a broader view of endocrine function. Two advanced cardiovascular markers are included that are increasingly recognised in preventive cardiology: apolipoprotein B, which measures the number of atherogenic lipoprotein particles rather than just cholesterol content, and lipoprotein(a), a genetically determined risk factor that is independent of LDL levels and cannot be modified through lifestyle changes alone. Insulin is measured alongside the standard glucose and HbA1c markers, enabling calculation of insulin resistance indices that can detect metabolic dysfunction years before blood sugar levels become abnormal. The imaging component comprises a full abdominal ultrasound covering both upper organs (liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, bile ducts, kidneys) and lower abdomen (bladder, uterus or prostate). This non-invasive assessment can identify structural abnormalities, cysts, gallstones, fatty liver, and other conditions that blood tests alone would not reveal. The enhanced doctor consultation provides additional time to review the combined laboratory and imaging findings in detail.
