Secret RF 2.0 is a radiofrequency (RF) microneedling system that pairs the collagen-stimulating effect of microneedling with controlled RF energy released from insulated needle tips into the deeper layers of the skin. While the micro-needles trigger a surface healing response, the radiofrequency heats the dermis at a chosen depth to contract existing collagen and prompt new collagen and elastin formation — an approach associated with firming and tightening that microneedling alone does not achieve. At Cuerpo Estetico the area is cleansed and numbed before treatment, which takes around forty-five to sixty minutes. Expect redness and a feeling of mild tightness or warmth for a day or two, with little other downtime, and tiny pinpoint marks that fade quickly.
