Microneedling with the Dermapen 4.0 device uses a cluster of fine needles oscillating at high speed to create thousands of precise micro-channels in the skin. These tiny, controlled points of stimulation trigger the body's natural healing response, which is associated with fresh collagen and elastin production that firms the skin and refines its surface over the following weeks. The micro-channels also allow active serums applied during treatment to penetrate more effectively. At Cuerpo Estetico the skin is cleansed and a numbing cream applied before treatment, which takes around thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the area. Expect redness similar to mild sunburn for 24–48 hours, after which skin looks fresher and, over a few weeks, smoother and more even.
