HIFU Skin Tightening (Ultraformer III)

Ultraformer III delivers high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) into precise depths of the skin and underlying tissue to tighten laxity and lift without surgery or needles. The focused energy heats targeted layers to stimulate collagen over the following months. Cuerpo Estetico treats the face, neck, chin and jawline, as well as body areas such as the abdomen, arms and thighs, making it suited to early sagging and crêpey skin.

HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) with the Ultraformer III focuses ultrasound energy at set depths beneath the skin to create small, controlled heating points in the deeper dermis and the supportive layer below, without breaking the skin surface. These heating points are associated with immediate tissue contraction and, more importantly, with a collagen-remodelling response that firms and subtly lifts the skin over the following two to three months. Because the energy is delivered at chosen depths, the treatment can be tailored to fine areas such as the eye area and jawline as well as larger body zones. At Cuerpo Estetico the skin is cleansed and mapped before treatment, which takes around thirty to sixty minutes depending on the area. The sensation is one of brief warmth or tiny pulses at depth; most people experience little more than mild redness or, occasionally, slight tenderness or temporary swelling, and can return to normal activities straight away. Results appear gradually rather than instantly, building over a couple of months and typically maintained with a treatment around once a year. On the face HIFU is used to firm the lower face, soften early jowls and tighten the neck and chin, while on the body it targets laxity of the abdomen, arms, inner thighs and buttocks. It is best suited to mild to moderate laxity rather than significant sagging, which may be better addressed surgically.
