CTK's two-person single session takes advantage of the unusually large chamber footprint (245 × 102 × 102 cm) to host two occupants at once. Each person breathes from a separate medical-grade oxygen concentrator, so the per-person oxygen feed is the same as a single-person booking — only the chamber atmosphere is shared. The clinic explicitly markets this as a discounted format ("terapia dla dwóch osób taniej" — "two-person therapy at a lower rate"), useful for couples, parents and children, or training partners doing recovery sessions together. The headline price is the whole-chamber rate of 200 PLN (vs 170 PLN for a single occupant), which works out to 100 PLN per person — the deepest per-session discount the clinic offers. Sessions are 60 minutes inside the chamber, with Wi-Fi, ventilation that permits conversation, phone calls or tablet/laptop use during the session. Full medical supervision applies ("pełna opieka lekarska"). The clinic team includes a spondyliatrist, orthopaedist, family doctor, prolotherapy specialist and physiotherapists; HBOT is one of around ten modalities offered, often combined with manual therapy, prolotherapy or molecular hydrogen inhalation in broader treatment plans. Both occupants should avoid alcohol and heavy meals 2–3 hours before, wear comfortable cotton clothing without metal fastenings or strong fragrances, and inform staff of any cold/flu symptoms — congestion in either occupant can disrupt ear-equalisation for both. Bring water bottles. Standard contraindications apply to each occupant individually (pregnancy, middle-ear infection, untreated pneumothorax, recent ear surgery).
