Preparation required
Both occupants should avoid alcohol and heavy meals 2–3 hours before each session, wear comfortable cotton clothing without metal fastenings or strong fragrances, and inform staff of any cold/flu symptoms in either partner. Bring water bottles. Standard HBOT contraindications apply per occupant. Schedule the 10 sessions individually by phone (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00) — most users space them over 4–8 weeks. Discuss chronic conditions with CTK's medical team before starting. Phone the clinic to confirm chamber pressure (ATA) if either occupant's protocol requires a specific level.
