The ZEROBODY dry floating bed is an Italian-designed relaxation system that recreates the sensory deprivation and weightlessness of flotation therapy without requiring the client to get wet. The bed contains a water-filled membrane heated to body temperature (35-36°C) that conforms to the body's contours, distributing weight evenly and eliminating pressure points. The client lies fully clothed on the membrane surface and sinks into a zero-gravity position as the water cradles the body from below. Optional elements include low-frequency vibrations, guided meditation through integrated speakers, and chromotherapy (coloured light). The combination of warmth, weightlessness, and sensory reduction induces a deep state of relaxation that can lower cortisol levels, reduce heart rate and blood pressure, and promote parasympathetic nervous system activation. Sessions at CryoPoint Berlin last 25 to 50 minutes. The treatment is particularly effective after cryotherapy — the transition from extreme cold to warm, weightless relaxation amplifies the parasympathetic response and extends the recovery benefit. Many clients book a cryo-float combination as their standard recovery protocol.
