The Basic Check-up is CreuBlanca's most accessible preventive package, providing a structured health overview that covers the investigations most commonly recommended as first-line screening. It is designed for individuals who want a solid baseline assessment without the extensive imaging included in the more comprehensive programmes.

The blood panel covers standard metabolic, haematological, and organ function markers — the laboratory backbone of any health assessment. Urinalysis adds kidney function and metabolic screening. An ECG records cardiac electrical activity, identifying rhythm abnormalities and conduction issues that may be asymptomatic. The chest X-ray evaluates lung fields, heart silhouette, and mediastinal structures.

Abdominal ultrasound provides a radiation-free survey of the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen, and pancreas, identifying structural abnormalities, stones, and cysts. An internal medicine consultation ties the programme together — the physician conducts a clinical examination and reviews all results as an integrated assessment rather than presenting isolated test numbers.
