Type
Full Body Checkup
Duration
8 hours
Conradia's most comprehensive executive screening, spanning approximately 8 hours with the full diagnostic depth of the Business Check plus exhaustive laboratory work (complete hormones, tumour markers, immunology, rheumatology panels), genetic predisposition testing, virtual colonoscopy via MRI, additional regional MRI or CT imaging, an extra specialist consultation of choice, pulse wave analysis, and 3D MRI presentation of findings. This programme is designed for patients who want every available screening modality in a single visit day.
The First Class Check represents the maximum diagnostic scope available in a single-day outpatient screening programme. It incorporates every component of the Business Check — including whole-body MRI, BrainCheck Precision+ Alzheimer screening, multi-organ ultrasound, cardiac assessment, dermatoscopy, ophthalmology, bone density, and body composition — then extends across three additional dimensions: deeper laboratory analysis, supplementary imaging, and expanded specialist access. The laboratory panel at this tier is exhaustive, covering the full hormone spectrum (reproductive, thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic hormones), a comprehensive tumour marker panel, immunological markers, rheumatological screening (including autoantibodies and inflammatory markers), and genetic predisposition testing for conditions with actionable preventive implications. This level of blood work provides the most complete biochemical portrait achievable from a single draw. Imaging extends beyond the whole-body MRI to include virtual colonoscopy via MRI — a non-invasive alternative to traditional colonoscopy that visualises the bowel wall and surrounding structures without sedation or bowel preparation. An additional regional MRI or CT scan of the patient's choice allows focused investigation of a specific area of concern. Pulse wave analysis measures arterial stiffness and central blood pressure. The programme includes an additional specialist consultation beyond the standard panel, and findings are presented via a 3D MRI visualisation that walks the patient through their own anatomy. The day concludes with an extended physician review covering all results and a detailed prevention roadmap.
