The First Class Check at Conradia Hamburg represents the maximum diagnostic scope available in a single-day (or two-day) outpatient screening programme. Every component of the Business Check is retained — whole-body MRI, BrainCheck Precision+ Alzheimer screening, multi-organ ultrasound, cardiac assessment, dermatoscopy, ophthalmology, bone density, and body composition — then extended across three additional dimensions: deeper laboratory analysis, supplementary imaging, and expanded specialist access. The laboratory panel at this tier is exhaustive: it covers the full hormone spectrum (reproductive, thyroid, adrenal, and metabolic hormones), a comprehensive tumour marker panel including PSA, CEA, CA-125, CA 19-9 and others, immunological markers, rheumatological screening with autoantibodies and inflammatory indices, and genetic predisposition testing for conditions with actionable preventive implications. This level of biochemistry provides the most complete metabolic and risk portrait achievable from a single blood draw. Imaging extends beyond whole-body MRI to include a virtual colonoscopy via MRI — a non-invasive alternative to conventional optical colonoscopy that visualises the bowel wall and surrounding structures without sedation or bowel preparation. An additional regional MRI or CT of the patient's choice allows targeted investigation of a specific anatomical area of concern: spine, cardiac, musculoskeletal, or other. Pulse wave analysis measures arterial stiffness and central aortic blood pressure, providing a direct physiological measure of vascular ageing. The programme includes one additional specialist consultation beyond the standard panel, chosen from the available disciplines at Conradia Hamburg. Findings are presented via a 3D MRI visualisation that walks the patient through their own anatomy in an accessible format. The day concludes with an extended physician review that integrates all results into a detailed prevention roadmap with prioritised recommendations, treatment referrals where indicated, and a plan for interval surveillance.
