CCRM Denver's one-day fertility assessment consolidates a comprehensive new-patient evaluation into a single visit: physical exam and consultation with a reproductive endocrinologist, ovarian reserve blood panel (FSH, E2, LH, AMH), transvaginal ultrasound antral follicle count, uterine cavity evaluation, and semen analysis. Results are communicated within two weeks. Couples pursuing IVF also receive hysteroscopy and sperm DNA fragmentation analysis. Diagnostic packages from approximately $1,490 depending on the treatment pathway.

CCRM Denver's one-day fertility assessment is designed to consolidate the initial new-patient evaluation into a single efficient visit at the Rose Medical Center Denver location, minimising the number of separate appointments required before a fertility treatment plan can be established. The assessment begins with an in-depth consultation with one of CCRM's board-certified reproductive endocrinologists — Sara Barton MD, Lauren Ehrhart MD, Laxmi Kondapalli MD MSCE, Robert Gustofson MD, William Schoolcraft MD, Eric Surrey MD, or Tiffany Von Wald MD MPH — who reviews medical, reproductive, and family history and conducts a targeted physical examination. A same-day blood draw is performed for the ovarian reserve panel (Day 3 FSH, estradiol, LH, and AMH) and any additional hormonal, immunological, or genetic tests indicated by history. A transvaginal ultrasound is performed during the same visit to count antral follicles in each ovary, assess uterine morphology, and evaluate the ovaries for cysts or polycystic morphology. Uterine cavity evaluation may be performed as a saline infusion sonohysterogram (SIS/SHG) — where sterile saline is instilled into the uterine cavity under ultrasound guidance to outline the cavity and identify polyps, submucosal fibroids, or septa — or by hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to additionally assess tubal patency. For couples pursuing IVF, a hysteroscopy (direct endoscopic camera view of the uterine cavity) and sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI) analysis are added to the bundle. A semen analysis assessing concentration, motility, morphology, and volume is collected from the male partner during the same visit. Results of blood tests are communicated within two weeks at a follow-up consultation, at which point the treating physician presents a personalised treatment plan. Many large Colorado group employer health plans are required to cover fertility diagnostic testing following the January 2023 state mandate; CCRM's financial counselling team can verify benefits and explain any self-pay amounts.
