Microneedling with Serum

Microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin to stimulate its natural renewal, improving texture, fine lines and the look of pores. Microneedling uses a cluster of very fine needles to create thousands of tiny, controlled channels in the skin. These micro-injuries trigger the body's natural repair response, which over the following weeks is associated with firmer-feeling skin and a more refined surface as the skin renews itself. The channels also let the serum applied during treatment penetrate more effectively than it would on intact skin, which is why each session at the clinic is paired with an infused vial. At CME Anti-Aging in Stargard the skin is cleansed and a numbing cream applied before treatment, which takes around thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the area. Expect redness similar to mild sunburn for a day or two, after which the skin often looks fresher and, over a few weeks, smoother and more even. The treatment is well suited to uneven texture, the appearance of enlarged pores and fine lines, and can be tailored to the full face, a single area such as the forehead or cheeks, or the eye area where skin is thinner. For the best results — particularly for texture — a course of several sessions spaced a few weeks apart is usually recommended. Diligent sun protection afterwards is important.
