Chemical peels apply a controlled exfoliating solution to the skin to encourage renewal of the surface layers, used to address discolouration, acne-prone skin, dullness and uneven texture. About this treatment

A chemical peel uses a solution of exfoliating acids applied to the skin in a controlled way to loosen and remove the outermost cells, prompting the surface to renew. Depending on the acid and its strength, peels range from very superficial freshening treatments to deeper resurfacing, and they are commonly used to improve the look of discolouration, to support acne-prone skin and to address dullness and uneven texture.
