A full ceramic crown is a tooth-coloured cap that covers and protects a damaged, heavily filled or root-treated tooth while restoring its shape, strength and appearance. Made entirely of ceramic, it blends naturally with surrounding teeth and avoids any metal margin. At Clinica Dentale crowns are part of the practice's prosthodontic and smile-makeover work, with temporary crowns available while the permanent restoration is being made and a separate price for crowns placed on implants.

About this treatment

A full ceramic crown restores a tooth that is too broken down, cracked or heavily filled to be repaired with a simple filling, or that has become brittle after root canal treatment.
