Breast Augmentation with Lift

Implants restore fullness while the lift repositions the nipple and removes excess skin, tightening the breast envelope for a higher, firmer shape. The same Polytech implant matrix applies, so pricing from 95,000 Kč scales with implant grade up to around 159,000 Kč. This combined approach is common after pregnancy, breastfeeding or significant weight loss, where augmentation alone would not address the descent of the breast.

Augmentation with modelling (augmentace s modelací) addresses two issues at once: insufficient volume and breast ptosis, the natural sagging that follows pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes or ageing. An implant alone adds volume but cannot lift a breast whose nipple has dropped below the inframammary fold; a lift alone tightens the skin but cannot restore lost upper-pole fullness. Combining the two gives a fuller, higher and more youthful breast in one surgical episode, sparing the patient two separate recoveries. The operation begins with the mastopexy component: the surgeon removes excess skin, reshapes the breast tissue and repositions the nipple-areola complex to a higher, more central location, tailoring the incision pattern (peri-areolar or vertical) to the degree of sagging. A Polytech implant — round or anatomical, in the standard, MPS or lightweight B-Lite grade — is then placed to restore volume and projection. Because two procedures are integrated, the surgery is longer than a simple augmentation, generally performed under general anaesthesia with a hospital stay. Recovery mirrors that of implant augmentation but with additional attention to the lift incisions: a compression bra supports the reshaped breasts continuously through the early weeks, and patients progress from home rest to light activity over two to three weeks, reaching full activity after one to three months. The combined nature of the surgery means scarring is more extensive than augmentation alone, but the scars are placed discreetly and fade over time. The surgeon assesses the degree of ptosis, skin quality and desired volume at consultation to confirm whether a combined lift-and-augment is the right choice or whether a staged plan would serve better.
