Breast augmentation at Clinic for Luck enlarges and reshapes the breasts using Polytech silicone implants, with a choice of round or anatomical (teardrop) shapes and three implant grades: standard, MPS surface, and the lightweight B-Lite range. The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia and takes one to two hours, with the implant placed through an incision of roughly 5 cm hidden in the inframammary fold or around the areola. Surgeons MUDr. Pavel Giebel and MUDr. Josef Němeček select implant volume, projection and pocket plane to suit each patient's frame and goals. Starting from 73,000 Kč, the price scales with the implant grade chosen — the lightweight B-Lite implants, which weigh up to 30% less than conventional gel, sit at the top of the range.
Breast augmentation is the clinic's flagship breast procedure, designed for healthy adult women who are dissatisfied with the size or shape of their breasts. Clinic for Luck uses Polytech implants — a German manufacturer — across an unusually broad matrix of options. Patients can choose round implants for fuller upper-pole projection or anatomical teardrop implants for a more natural slope; both are available with a standard surface, the MPS micro-polyurethane surface associated with reduced implant rotation and capsular contracture, and in the lightweight B-Lite range, where hollow borosilicate microspheres cut implant weight by up to a third — a meaningful difference for larger volumes or for women concerned about long-term tissue stretch. The surgery is carried out under general anaesthesia and lasts approximately one to two hours. The surgeon creates a pocket either behind the breast gland or beneath the pectoral muscle and inserts the implant through a single incision of around 5 cm, placed in the inframammary fold or at the areolar border so that scarring is concealed. Dissolvable sutures and a sterile dressing are applied, and most patients stay one to two days in hospital. Recovery follows a clear timeline: home rest for three to seven days, a week before returning to office work, two to three weeks before light activity, and one to three months before full exertion and sport. A compression bra is provided and worn continuously during the early weeks to support healing and implant settling. The clinic includes the compression bra, dissolvable sutures, sterile dressing, and phone or email follow-up support; the surgeon remains reachable by phone during recovery. Breast augmentation is not suitable for women planning pregnancy within the following year, as hormonal and volume changes can affect the result. Final implant size, shape and placement are agreed at the in-person consultation, where the surgeon also reviews medical history and pre-operative testing requirements.
