Smaller areas like the chin are done under local anaesthesia; larger or multiple areas under general anaesthesia, which is included in the price along with medication and follow-up checks.
About this treatment
Liposuction permanently removes localised fat deposits that resist diet and exercise — it is a contouring procedure for stubborn disproportions, not a weight-loss treatment. Fat cells removed do not regenerate, so results are durable at a stable weight.
Technique
Cleopatra Clinic uses the tumescent method — the treatment area is first infiltrated with a large volume of dilute local anaesthetic and adrenaline solution, which firms the fat for precise suction, minimises blood loss, and provides hours of post-operative pain relief. Fat is then removed through millimetre incisions with fine cannulas.
