A one-on-one consultation with plastic surgeon MUDr. Taisir Zakout or a member of the clinic's surgical team, covering candidacy assessment, technique selection, realistic outcome discussion, and a binding individual price quote. Cleopatra Clinic's published price list is indicative only — the final price for any procedure is set at this consultation based on the patient's anatomy and the scope of work. Patients who book through the clinic's website form have the consultation fee credited against their surgery price.

Every surgical pathway at Cleopatra Clinic begins with this consultation. The surgeon examines the treatment area, reviews the patient's medical history and medications, explains the available techniques (for example, the four abdominoplasty approaches or the three breast implant families the clinic offers), and sets out what the published price range will mean for the patient's specific case. The consultation covers: assessment of skin quality, tissue volume, and asymmetries; discussion of anaesthesia options (local vs. general — both are included in the clinic's procedure prices); the expected recovery timeline and time off work; scar placement and management; and a written individual quotation. For procedures under general anaesthesia, the internist MUDr. Jan Vrkoč performs a separate pre-operative work-up (blood tests plus ECG, 2,000–2,500 Kč), and the anaesthesiologist MUDr. Jaroslava Chmurová reviews fitness for anaesthesia. Consultations take place at the main Tyršova clinic by appointment, with out-of-hours slots available Monday–Wednesday 17:00–19:00 by telephone booking. Satellite consultation offices in Ostrava-Hrabůvka (Wednesdays) and Havířov (Mondays) make initial consultations easier for patients in the wider Moravian-Silesian region. International patients can communicate in English, German, Polish, or Russian.
