Mesotherapy — MesoLift, MesoBotox and MesoSculpting
Type
Mesotherapy
Duration
40 min
Mesotherapy at CLED delivers active cocktails — hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins, botulotoxin or lipolytic compounds — via microinjections precisely into the target tissue layer, bypassing the skin barrier entirely for dramatically higher bioavailability than topical application. MUDr. Moskalyková offers multiple mesotherapy variants tailored to the clinical goal: MesoLift for face and neck revitalisation, MesoBotox for pore size and sebum control, MesoSculpting for localised fat reduction, Lipodissolve for fat deposit dissolution, and bio-rejuvenation cocktails for scalp, décolletage and hands.
Mesotherapy was developed in France in the 1950s as a technique for delivering pharmacological agents directly to the tissue layer where they are needed, bypassing both the skin barrier (which blocks most molecules from reaching the dermis) and the gastrointestinal route (which dilutes and metabolises active agents). The technique uses a series of fine needle injections into the epidermis, dermis or subcutaneous layer — the injection depth and angle vary by indication — to deposit precise volumes of active substance at the target site. At CLED MUDr. Moskalyková practises several distinct mesotherapy protocols across the face, body and scalp. MesoLift is a revitalisation protocol for the face and neck using a cocktail of low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, amino acids (building blocks of collagen), vitamins and minerals. The microinjected HA provides immediate hydration; the amino acids and vitamins support fibroblast metabolism and collagen synthesis over the following weeks. The visible result is improved skin luminosity, texture and tone — a refreshed appearance without any volumising effect. MesoLift is often described as a biological reset for fatigued or dehydrated skin. MesoBotox uses highly diluted botulotoxin delivered superficially into the dermis rather than intramuscularly. At intradermal concentrations, botulotoxin acts on the sebaceous glands and arrector pili muscles rather than the underlying facial muscles, producing a pore-minimising, sebum-reducing and skin-smoothing effect without the muscle relaxation (and risk of expression freezing) of deeper botulotoxin injection. This technique is particularly popular for the nose, cheeks, forehead and neck where pore size, skin shininess or early textural degradation are the primary concerns. MesoSculpting and Lipodissolve are body mesotherapy protocols targeting localised fat deposits. Lipolytic agents are injected subcutaneously into areas of focal fat accumulation — abdomen, flanks, thighs, double chin — where they disrupt fat cell membranes and initiate fat cell release and clearance via the lymphatic and circulatory systems. These are non-surgical alternatives to liposuction for small, stubborn fat pockets. Scalp mesotherapy is a well-established application for hair thinning and androgenetic alopecia, where HA, platelet-rich plasma or purpose-formulated growth factor cocktails are injected at follicle depth to nourish the perifollicular environment, improve microcirculation and support follicle activity. Sessions take 30–45 minutes depending on the zone treated and the number of microinjection points. Minor redness, tiny wheals at injection points and occasional bruising resolve within one to three days. Courses of two to four sessions at one to four week intervals are standard for all mesotherapy variants at CLED.
