City Facial Plastics offers a full non-surgical injectable menu as a standalone service and as a complement to surgical procedures. Botulinum toxin is available in two formulations: Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA by Allergan, the original and most widely studied formulation) and Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs by Evolus, a newer competitor that clinical trials have found to be non-inferior to Botox in safety and efficacy). The choice between formulations is guided by patient history and preference at consultation. Common treatment targets include horizontal forehead lines, glabellar frown lines (the 11s), and lateral crow's feet; accessory areas include the brow lift (depressor muscle inhibition to achieve lateral brow elevation without surgery), the nasalis bunny lines, lip lines, chin cobblestoning, platysmal neck bands, and masseter jaw slimming. Results from botulinum toxin are associated with onset at three to seven days and duration of three to four months. Dermal fillers at City Facial Plastics use the Restylane family of stabilised hyaluronic acid products: Restylane for moderate facial volume and nasolabial folds, Restylane Lyft for structural cheek augmentation, mid-face volumising, and non-surgical rhinoplasty, and Restylane Silk for fine lines and lip enhancement with its lower molecular weight gel. Kybella (deoxycholic acid) is an injectable synthetic version of the naturally occurring bile acid that disrupts and destroys adipocyte cell membranes, leading to permanent reduction in submental (double chin) fat; multiple sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart are typically required.
