The 60-minute sessions combine three osteopathic disciplines: structural osteopathy (joint mobilisation, soft tissue techniques, and high-velocity thrust adjustments), craniosacral therapy (gentle manipulation of the cranial bones and sacrum to influence cerebrospinal fluid dynamics), and visceral osteopathy (manual assessment and treatment of the organs and their connective tissue attachments). This integrated approach reflects the osteopathic principle that the body functions as a unified system — a restriction in the visceral fascia around the liver, for example, can refer pain to the right shoulder and restrict thoracic spine mobility, creating a pattern that purely structural treatment would miss.
