The Immune Drip at Circle Health is formulated specifically for immune system support, combining higher concentrations of the nutrients most critical for immune function. The infusion centres on high-dose vitamin C (typically 7.5-15g per session), which at intravenous concentrations acts not just as an antioxidant but as a pro-oxidant that stimulates white blood cell production and enhances natural killer cell activity. Alongside vitamin C, the drip includes zinc (essential for T-cell maturation and function), selenium (a cofactor for glutathione peroxidase, one of the body's primary antioxidant enzymes), and glutathione itself — often called the master antioxidant. Glutathione is particularly effective when delivered intravenously because oral glutathione is largely destroyed by stomach acid and digestive enzymes before it can be absorbed. This combination targets multiple immune pathways simultaneously: innate immunity (neutrophil and macrophage activity), adaptive immunity (T-cell and B-cell function), and systemic inflammation (through glutathione-mediated reduction of oxidative stress).
