All-on-6 Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation

A fixed full-arch restoration supported on six implants for added stability, suited to patients replacing a complete jaw of teeth who have or can build sufficient bone. At CIISE the All-on-6 approach distributes the load of a full fixed bridge across six implants rather than four, and is planned digitally from in-house 3D cone-beam imaging. Carried out by a Diplomate implantologist, it restores a full set of permanently fixed teeth without a removable denture.

All-on-6 rehabilitates a complete jaw of teeth on six implants, providing additional support points compared with a four-implant arch. Spreading a full-arch bridge across six implants can improve stability and load distribution, and is often chosen where bone volume allows or where extra support is preferred for a larger or heavily used restoration. Like All-on-4, it is intended for people who have lost, or are about to lose, all the teeth in an arch and want a fixed rather than removable result. At CIISE planning begins with a consultation and 3D CBCT scan taken in the clinic, allowing the implantologist to assess bone and design implant positions digitally before surgery. On the treatment day any remaining failing teeth are removed and the six implants are placed, with the clinic offering immediate and single-day approaches in appropriate cases; a bridge is then attached and, after the implants integrate over a healing period, the definitive fixed bridge is completed. The finished teeth are fixed onto the implants and looked after with daily brushing, interdental cleaning and periodic implant check-ups. All-on-6 suits adults with full-arch tooth loss and adequate bone; where bone is insufficient, the clinic provides GBR bone regeneration and sinus-lift procedures to rebuild the foundation first.
