All-on-4 Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation

A full upper or lower set of fixed teeth supported on just four implants, designed for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth in a jaw or face full-arch extractions. Treatment is planned with 3D cone-beam imaging and carried out by a Diplomate implantologist, restoring chewing and a complete smile with a permanently fixed restoration.

All-on-4 is a full-arch implant technique that restores an entire jaw of teeth using four implants as the foundation for a single fixed bridge. The implants are positioned strategically — with the rear implants often angled — so they engage the strongest available bone and, in many cases, reduce the need for bone grafting. It is designed for people who have lost most or all of their teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth are failing and need to be removed, and who want a fixed solution rather than a full removable denture. At CIISE the process starts with a detailed consultation and 3D CBCT scan so the implantologist can map bone anatomy and plan implant placement digitally. On the surgical day, any remaining unsavable teeth are removed, the four implants are placed and a bridge is attached so the jaw is rehabilitated in a planned, staged way; the clinic's experience spans immediate and single-day implant protocols. After a healing and integration period the definitive fixed bridge is completed. Because the teeth are screwed onto implants, they stay in the mouth permanently and are cared for with brushing and interdental cleaning, with regular implant maintenance reviews. All-on-4 suits adults with significant tooth loss and adequate bone; where bone is deficient, the clinic offers GBR bone regeneration and sinus-lift procedures, and All-on-6 using six implants is available for arches that need additional support.
