A fractional CO2 laser that resurfaces the skin in microscopic columns to improve texture, fine lines, acne scarring and tone. By treating only a fraction of the surface at a time, it stimulates strong renewal while leaving surrounding skin to speed recovery. Treatment can cover the face, neck and décolleté, and the clinic offers a platelet-rich plasma boost afterwards to support healing.

About this treatment

Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing delivers energy into the skin in a grid of microscopic treatment zones, leaving the surrounding tissue intact. This fractional approach is associated with a strong collagen-remodelling response that can smooth texture, soften fine lines, fade acne scarring and even out tone, while the untreated bridges of skin between zones allow faster recovery than older fully ablative resurfacing.

At Cieślikowska Clinic the skin is cleansed and numbed before treatment, which takes around thirty to forty-five minutes for the face. Afterwards the skin feels warm and looks flushed, with mild swelling and a sandpaper-like texture for a few days as it renews; diligent moisturising and strict sun protection are essential during recovery.
