Clear + Brilliant uses a fractional non-ablative laser approach — delivering an array of microscopic laser columns into the superficial epidermis and papillary dermis while leaving the inter-column tissue bridges intact — which allows the skin to heal rapidly by using the undamaged surrounding tissue as a repair template. The first-generation Clear + Brilliant Original operates at 1440 nm (in the infrared range with moderate water absorption), targeting mild epidermal renewal, tone evening, and the improvement of pore size and surface texture. The second-generation Clear + Brilliant Touch Ultra uses a 1927 nm wavelength — the same as the Moxi — for a slightly deeper epidermal impact and enhanced ability to address superficial dyschromia and texture irregularity.
