Professional whitening uses controlled concentrations of whitening gel, applied or supervised by the dental team, to lift staining and lighten the overall shade of the teeth. Because it is carried out after a check-up and, ideally, a clean, it tends to give more even, predictable results than shop-bought products, and the dentist can manage sensitivity along the way. At ChilliDent there are several routes. Take-home whitening uses custom-fitted trays and gel that you wear at home over a short course.
