Unlike conventional gym sessions supervised by personal trainers, Physiofitness sessions are led by physiotherapists who understand how movement dysfunction, muscle imbalances, and injury history should shape the design of a training session. The programme is built on the DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) framework, so every exercise is selected and cued with the goal of reinforcing deep stabilization rather than compensating around it. A session typically begins with a brief movement check to see what the body is presenting that day — whether residual fatigue, tightness, or an altered pattern from a previous session — before moving into the programmed work. The content draws on stabilization exercises, coordination drills, compensation corrections, and progressive conditioning, adapted to your current capacity and goals. Because the physiotherapist can read and respond to your movement quality in real time, exercises are adjusted on the spot rather than following a fixed programme regardless of how you are performing.
