Mesotherapy — Skin Rejuvenation (Injection & Dermaroller)

Type

Mesotherapy

Duration

30 min

Mesotherapy at Centrum estetiky Cheb revitalises tired, dehydrated or lax skin on the face, neck and décolleté by delivering vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes and hyaluronic acid directly into the skin. The clinic offers two methods: classic injection mesotherapy, which places microinjections into the mid-dermis at around four millimetres depth, and a German dermaroller (peercing-roller) technique for clients who prefer to avoid injections or want to treat larger areas such as the chest, abdomen or buttocks. Products including MezoHYAL, MezoBOTEX and MezoCellulite are selected for the concern — loss of skin turgor, fine wrinkles, scars, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation or cellulite. A course is usually three to six sessions, after which results are maintained with periodic repeats.

Mesotherapy is a microinjection technique that delivers a customised cocktail of active ingredients — vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, antioxidants and hyaluronic acid — directly into the skin, where they are most useful, rather than relying on topical absorption. At Centrum estetiky Cheb the treatment is offered in two forms so it can suit different clients and body areas. Classic injection mesotherapy uses a fine needle to place many small deposits of the chosen serum into the mid-dermis, at a depth of around four millimetres. This stimulates fibroblasts, boosts hydration and improves micro-circulation, gradually restoring skin turgor and radiance. The second method is a German-developed dermaroller (peercing-roller) technique: a MEZO serum is applied to the skin and then a roller studded with micro-needles is passed over the area, creating thousands of microchannels that drive the product in and trigger a controlled repair response. The dermaroller is well suited to clients who dislike injections and to larger surfaces such as the chest, abdomen and buttocks; a dermaroller pass takes only about five minutes per area, while an injection session ranges from a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on the area. Mesotherapy is used for loss of skin turgor and vitality, slack contours, low hydration, fine to medium wrinkles, scars (including hypotrophic scars), stretch marks, cellulite (hyperlipotrophy) and hyperpigmentation. Product choice is matched to the goal — MezoHYAL and MezoBOTEX for facial revitalisation, MezoCellulite for body and cellulite work. A typical course runs three to six sessions; MezoHYAL and MezoBOTEX can be repeated after two months, while a MezoCellulite protocol is around four sessions at weekly intervals (maximum six doses), with the next course after a two-month break. No special preparation is needed beyond arriving without makeup — any present will be removed — and applying other cosmetics at least five hours before. A topical numbing cream is available for sensitive clients. Afterwards, avoid sun exposure for 24 hours and use only specialist-approved cosmetics for the same period. Mild redness or pinpoint marks at injection sites settle quickly. Pricing is set by the chosen method, product and treated area at consultation.
