The clinic runs as a physician-led outpatient unit with a consilium of in-house and external specialists, headed by MUDr. Elena Koval, so the doctor seeing you can draw on cardiology, rehabilitation, diabetology, urology, gynaecology and other disciplines as needed. During the 25-minute appointment the physician reviews your stated concerns, may order or recommend diagnostics such as sonography or laboratory work, and issues a written recommendation that becomes the basis for your stay. This examination is mandatory: the clinic explicitly books spa and medical procedures only after a medical consultation, which is why the treatment may support a more individualised and safer plan than an off-the-shelf package. A shorter 15-minute medical consultation (800 Kč) is available where a full examination is not required, for example to discuss results or adjust an existing plan.
