The Executive Health Examination is Capio Privathospital's flagship preventive programme, designed for individuals who want the deepest possible baseline assessment in a single visit. The centrepiece is the full-body MRI scan, which covers the brain, heart, lungs, spinal cord, vertebrae, bone marrow, lymph nodes, thyroid, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, adrenal glands, spleen, pancreas, bladder, and reproductive organs — all without ionising radiation. Two experienced radiologists review every scan independently, reducing the risk of missed findings. The clinical assessment begins with a health questionnaire and lifestyle consultation, followed by a thorough physical examination including body measurements (weight, height, BMI, body fat percentage, waist circumference). Cardiovascular screening includes a resting ECG, blood pressure measurement, and Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries and neck vessels to assess intima-media thickness and plaque. A thyroid ultrasound screens for nodules and structural changes. The Seismofit cardiopulmonary fitness assessment provides an objective measure of cardiovascular capacity. The blood panel is comprehensive, covering cholesterol, long-term blood sugar (HbA1c), kidney function, liver function, inflammation markers, thyroid function, and vitamin D.
