Be.Reassured is Bupa's mid-tier comprehensive assessment, designed for individuals who want thorough clinical oversight alongside lifestyle coaching. The two-hour appointment is split between a health adviser session covering body composition, blood pressure, core blood tests, and lifestyle assessment, followed by up to 60 minutes with a doctor who reviews all findings and can order additional investigations based on your individual risk profile. The blood panel expands significantly beyond the entry-level packages to include anaemia markers and a broader metabolic screen alongside the standard cholesterol profile and HbA1c. Heart rhythm screening via ECG is included as standard, providing an electrical snapshot of cardiac function that can detect arrhythmias, conduction abnormalities, and other patterns that warrant further investigation. Cancer screening is conducted according to your age and sex — this may include prostate, testicular, breast, or cervical examinations as clinically appropriate. A distinctive feature of this tier is the doctor's discretion to request additional tests beyond the standard panel if your history, symptoms, or initial results suggest they would be valuable.
