The doctor appointment provides an opportunity to discuss specific health concerns, review mental health in greater depth, and address any medical questions arising from your blood results.

The Be.Healthy at Home Plus builds on the standard home assessment by adding dedicated doctor time to the package. Where the basic version provides a health adviser consultation focused on lifestyle coaching and risk profiling, this upgrade introduces up to 30 minutes with a qualified doctor who can address clinical questions, discuss mental health concerns in more detail, and provide medical context for your blood test results. The home testing kit is identical to the standard package — you receive a blood sampling kit, tape measure, and a blood pressure monitor to keep. Blood analysis covers the same cholesterol profile and HbA1c diabetes screening, feeding into cardiovascular risk scoring. The health adviser consultation runs for 45 minutes and covers the full lifestyle assessment, mental health screening, mobility review, and personalised health focus selection. The doctor consultation can take place by video or phone, giving you flexibility around scheduling. This is particularly valuable if your blood results raise questions that go beyond lifestyle coaching — for instance, if cholesterol or blood sugar markers are outside normal ranges, the doctor can discuss what those findings mean clinically and whether further investigation is warranted. The same 12 months of ongoing support applies: two coaching calls, round-the-clock HealthLine access, SilverCloud programmes, and the Bupa app for results tracking.
