During the 45-minute video consultation, your health adviser reviews these results alongside a mental health screening, mobility and flexibility assessment, and a discussion of your lifestyle goals. You then choose a personalised health focus area based on your risk profile — options range from nutrition and fitness programmes to sleep improvement, stress management, and smoking cessation support. The package includes two follow-up coaching calls to help you stay on track, plus 12 months of access to the Anytime HealthLine for round-the-clock medical advice and SilverCloud digital mental wellbeing programmes. Results and goals are tracked through the Bupa app, and you can upload data from wearable devices to enrich your health picture over time.
