Dental veneers are thin, custom-made shells bonded to the front surface of teeth to address a range of aesthetic concerns: deep discolouration, staining resistant to whitening, chipped or cracked teeth, mild misalignment, uneven sizes, and tooth wear. Porcelain veneers (SGD 1,530 per tooth) are fabricated in a dental laboratory, providing superior aesthetics, durability, and stain resistance — with a lifespan of ten years or more under proper care. Composite veneers (SGD 549 per tooth) are applied directly to the tooth surface by the dentist in a single visit, making them a more accessible and time-efficient option, though with a shorter lifespan requiring periodic maintenance. The treatment process at Brightside begins with a design and consultation session where the dentist works with the patient to determine the ideal width, length, texture, and shade of each veneer — a bespoke approach reflecting the clinic's aesthetic focus. A physical smile trial mockup is provided before any tooth preparation occurs, allowing the patient to preview and feel the final result. Tooth preparation involves minimal reduction of the front enamel surface, after which temporary veneers are fitted for 1–2 weeks to allow for feedback and adjustment. Final veneers are then bonded at the last appointment.
