Mesotherapy with polynucleotides represents a newer generation of bio-regenerative injectables that differ fundamentally from hyaluronic acid fillers: rather than physically filling volume, they deliver biological signals that instruct the skin's fibroblasts to produce more of its own collagen and elastin. Rejuran uses polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN) derived from salmon sperm DNA — a material with very high structural similarity to human DNA, giving it excellent biocompatibility and a negligible allergic risk profile. At BODY klinika, Rejuran is administered by micro-needle injection into the mesoderm — the middle layer of the skin — in a grid pattern across the treatment area. The micro-trauma of the injection adds a mild physical stimulation of collagen synthesis on top of the biochemical effect of the PDRN molecules. Sessions take thirty to sixty minutes including topical anaesthetic application; minor papules (bumps from the injected droplets) visible immediately after treatment resolve within twelve to twenty-four hours. Redness and mild swelling resolve within a few days. The clinical protocol at BODY klinika is three initial sessions spaced three to four weeks apart to build the collagenogenic response, followed by maintenance sessions every six to twelve months.
