Each 90-minute session runs in three phases: a 30-minute radiofrequency warm-up to activate the circulatory system and prepare the tissue, the Liposonix ultrasound application targeting the fat layer below the dermis, and a 30-minute lymphatic drainage massage performed in compression garments to support the removal of disrupted fat cells from the treatment zone.
