Biograph's Black membership tier builds on the Core programme with an additional suite of advanced imaging and monitoring modalities, raising the total assessment count to 30+ and expanding annual clinical touchpoints to 13. The Black-exclusive additions are concentrated in the cardiovascular imaging and brain health domains. On the cardiovascular side, members receive CT coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring — a non-invasive CT scan that quantifies calcified plaque burden in the coronary arteries and is one of the strongest independent predictors of cardiovascular events; coronary CT angiography (CCTA), which provides detailed anatomical imaging of the coronary arteries to detect both calcified and non-calcified plaque; and AI-powered coronary plaque characterisation that analyses plaque composition and vulnerability beyond standard CAC scores. A low-dose lung CT scan is added for early-stage lung cancer detection, particularly relevant for current or former smokers. Metabolic monitoring is enhanced by continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), which captures real-time glucose variability across multiple days to identify patterns not visible in a single fasting blood draw. Brain health deepens with an AI dementia risk assessment and a multi-modal brain health evaluation integrating MRI findings, blood biomarkers, and cognitive test performance. At-home sleep testing is included to measure sleep quality objectively without a hospital sleep lab stay. The mid-year lab visit provides a follow-up blood panel to track changes in key biomarkers between annual assessments.
