The clinic uses two established thread systems: Aptos (absorbable poly-L-lactic acid threads with barbs that mechanically lift tissue) and Silhouette Soft (bidirectional cone threads, 12,500 Kč for 2 pieces) for enhanced mechanical grip and support. A specialised Foxy Eyes technique — using permanent threads for a lateral canthal lift and almond eye effect — is also available at 20,000 Kč. Procedures take 40–60 minutes under local anaesthesia, and patients leave the clinic the same day. The physical lift is immediate; as threads resorb over the following months, the collagen network they induced continues to support the result significantly longer.
