The PRP Vampire Facelift at BEAUTYSHAPE Clinic uses the patient's own blood-derived growth factors for facial rejuvenation. The procedure begins with a standard venous blood draw of 15 to 20 ml, which is processed in a centrifuge to separate platelet-rich plasma from red blood cells and platelet-poor plasma. The resulting PRP concentrate contains a high density of platelets, which release growth factors (PDGF, TGF-beta, VEGF, EGF) when activated. The concentrated PRP is then injected into the facial skin using a combination of microinjection and microneedling techniques. The growth factors stimulate fibroblast proliferation and new collagen and elastin synthesis in the dermis, leading to progressive improvement in skin thickness, elasticity, and texture over the weeks following treatment. Unlike synthetic fillers, PRP works by activating the body's own regenerative mechanisms. Results develop gradually over four to six weeks as new collagen is synthesised, with continued improvement for up to three months. A treatment course of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is typically recommended for optimal results.
