This expanded PRP treatment extends the Vampire Facelift concept beyond the face to include the neck and décolleté -- two areas that often show signs of ageing but are frequently neglected in facial-only treatments. The skin of the neck and chest is thinner and has fewer sebaceous glands than facial skin, making it particularly susceptible to sun damage, crepiness, and loss of elasticity. The procedure at BEAUTYSHAPE Clinic begins with a larger blood draw (approximately 30 to 40 ml) to produce sufficient PRP volume for the expanded treatment area. After centrifugation, the platelet-rich plasma is distributed across three anatomical zones: the full face (forehead, periorbital, cheeks, perioral, chin), the neck (anterior and lateral surfaces), and the décolleté (upper chest). Each zone receives targeted microinjections adapted to its specific skin thickness and condition. The 60-minute treatment time reflects the larger coverage area. Growth factors released by the concentrated platelets stimulate collagen and elastin production throughout all three zones, creating a more cohesive rejuvenation effect. Treating the face alone can create a visible quality mismatch between the refreshed face and the untreated neck and chest -- the extended treatment avoids this discrepancy. At 6,500 CZK (approximately 260 EUR) for all three zones, the pricing represents good value compared to booking face-only PRP (4,200 CZK) plus separate neck and décolleté sessions. The same three-session course with a fourth session free applies to this extended treatment. Recovery is similar to the face-only PRP, with mild redness and swelling resolving within one to three days. The neck and décolleté may show slightly more redness initially due to thinner skin in those areas.
