Dermal filler injections at BEAUTY – plastická chirurgie use the Stylage range — a French hyaluronic acid filler line with Lidocaine integrated directly into each formulation — administered by MUDr. Šorma to smooth nasolabial folds, restore facial volume, and refine lip definition. Four densities are available to match the treatment area: Stylage S for superficial fine lines, M for moderate volume restoration, XL for deep structural folds and cheek volume, and Special Lips for lip augmentation. The built-in Lidocaine makes the injections significantly more comfortable than non-anaesthetic filler products. Results are immediate and last six months to two years depending on density and area.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers restore facial volume and smooth lines by physically displacing tissue and attracting water molecules into the injected gel. Stylage, manufactured by Vivacy Laboratories in France, uses a cross-linking technology called IPN-Like (Interpenetrating Network) that creates a bidirectional HA network for cohesive, natural-feeling filler with good resistance to degradation. Every product in the Stylage range contains Lidocaine (0.3%), which diffuses into the surrounding tissue within the first minute after injection, progressively anaesthetising the area and making subsequent injection passes substantially more comfortable than filler products without built-in anaesthetic. Stylage S — the lowest density — is injected at a very superficial plane for fine periorbital lines, forehead lines, and other thin-skin areas where a denser product would look or feel lumpy. Stylage M is a mid-density formulation suited to moderate nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and mild cheek volume restoration. Stylage XL is a high-density structural filler used for deep nasolabial folds, significant cheek hollowing, chin augmentation, and jaw definition — it is injected with a cannula into the deep supraperiosteal plane or deep fat compartment for precise volumetric placement. Stylage Special Lips is formulated specifically for lip tissue, with rheological properties optimised for lip mobility and a density that gives natural projection without the firmness of structural products. All injections are performed by MUDr. Šorma personally — procedures are not delegated to nursing staff. The physician assesses facial proportions and symmetry at consultation, marks injection zones, and selects products and volumes accordingly. For larger-volume corrections, a cannula technique may be used for portions of the treatment to reduce bruising risk. Swelling and mild redness at injection points typically resolve within 24–72 hours; bruising, where it occurs, resolves within one to two weeks. The injected HA is gradually broken down by hyaluronidase enzymes; longevity varies from six months (low-density, high-mobility areas) to up to two years (denser products in low-mobility areas). Results can be reversed with hyaluronidase enzyme injection if needed. Common treatment areas include nasolabial folds, marionette lines, cheek volume, lip augmentation, under-eye tear-trough (with appropriate technique for this sensitive area), and jawline definition. Contraindications include active skin infection at the injection site, known HA allergy, and pregnancy or breastfeeding.
