Breast augmentation is the placement of a silicone implant to increase breast volume and, where desired, improve shape and symmetry. The outcome depends heavily on implant selection — size, profile, and form — as well as placement plane and incision approach, and MUDr. Šorma conducts a detailed pre-operative consultation examining breast base width, existing tissue volume and quality, chest wall anatomy, skin elasticity, and the patient's goals for natural versus augmented appearance before recommending implant parameters.
