PRO SKIN diagnostics is a structured skin-analysis appointment in which a dedicated analyser is used to assess the current condition of your facial skin — looking at factors such as hydration, texture, oiliness and areas of concern — to give an objective picture beyond what is visible to the eye. The findings are then translated into a personalised 'beauty plan': a practical roadmap of which in-studio treatments, in what order, together with home care, would best address your goals. At the studio this assessment is treated as the foundation for effective treatment rather than an add-on, which is why it is offered at three levels: the analysis on its own, the analysis with a full beauty plan, or the analysis and plan together with a care treatment on the same visit. The appointment is unhurried and educational, giving you the chance to understand your skin and ask questions before committing to any course, and it is especially useful before the studio's PREMIUM therapy programmes or combination plans. For clients who simply want to check suitability for a specific treatment, a short qualifying consultation of up to ten minutes is provided free of charge. Honest guidance — including realistic expectations and, where appropriate, recommending a simpler or different approach — is part of the service.
