Injection Lipolysis (Fat-Dissolving)

Injection lipolysis is a non-surgical body- and face-contouring treatment in which a solution designed to break down fat cells is injected directly into a localised fat deposit. Over the weeks after treatment the disrupted fat is gradually processed and cleared by the body, which can refine the contour of areas that resist diet and exercise, such as under the chin, the lower abdomen, flanks or knees.

At the studio the area is assessed and the appropriate number of ampoules selected — pricing reflects whether one, two or three ampoules are used in a session. The injections themselves take around fifteen to thirty minutes. It is normal to have swelling, tenderness, warmth and sometimes bruising in the treated area for several days, which is part of the expected response as the fat breaks down.
