Mesotherapy & Biorevitalization

Mesotherapy and biorevitalization at Beauty Clinic Synergy inject active formulations — hyaluronic acid, amino acids, peptides, vitamins and brightening agents — directly into the dermis using fine needles or cannulas under topical anaesthesia. The clinic uses LinErase and SuneKOS, evidence-based European products, to match the cocktail to the patient's skin condition. Mesotherapy reaches the papillary dermis (2–4 mm) for surface hydration and texture improvement; biorevitalization penetrates the deeper reticular dermis (4–6 mm) with concentrated HA for structural plumping. Both are recommended in courses of 4–6 sessions every two weeks for cumulative benefit.

Mesotherapy and biorevitalization share a delivery mechanism — direct injection into the dermis — but differ in the depth of injection and the concentration of active ingredients, which determines the clinical effect. Mesotherapy, originally developed in France in the 1950s, targets the papillary and superficial reticular dermis at 2–4 mm depth, depositing a dilute cocktail of actives (vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, low-molecular-weight HA) across a wide surface area using multiple fine punctures in a serial-papule technique. The result is broad stimulation of fibroblasts throughout the treated zone, improving hydration, radiance and fine-line depth. Biorevitalization, by contrast, places a higher-concentration injectable HA product — typically 1–2 ml of a dense, non-crosslinked or lightly crosslinked formulation — into the mid-dermis at 4–6 mm depth using fewer, deeper injection points. The concentrated HA creates an osmotic hydration reservoir, attracting and binding water molecules locally and providing structural support to the dermal matrix over several months. Beauty Clinic Synergy uses SuneKOS (an Italian-engineered product combining six amino acids with hyaluronic acid fractions that co-stimulate fibroblasts to produce all four structural proteins — collagen I, III, IV and elastin — rather than collagen alone) and LinErase (a high-purity BDDE-crosslinked HA formulated specifically for biorevitalization) among other European products. Topical anaesthesia is applied before the session to minimise discomfort from the multiple injection points; after the product is placed, patients may notice small papules at injection sites that resolve within 24–48 hours. Treated areas include face, neck, décolletage, hands, scalp and body zones (abdomen, thighs). The treatments are contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding, active skin infection or inflammation, keloid tendency, psoriasis and during acute viral illness.
